Q: What is the method of assembly?
-A: FRAMED/FRAMELESS - Cam lock and Dowel assembly. Our Framed cabinets also feature Dado joints that can be glued for extra strength.
Q: Do any of your cabinets contain any particleboard?
-A: FRAMED - NO. Our Framed cabinets doors, frames and drawers are constructed from solid Birch hardwoods. The cabinet boxes and shelves use furniture grade plywood.
FRAMELESS - Our Frameless cabinet boxes are constructed of plywood with a white Melamine finish. Modern slab doors and decorative panels are constructed of various other products that may include particle board or MDF, but are of the highest quality and finishes available.
Q: What are the type of drawers you provide?
-A: FRAMED - Features 4-sided drawer boxes constructed from 5/8" thick solid hardwood using dovetail joints and a fully supported, 3/8" thick plywood bottom. All styles come standard with full extension under mount soft close drawer glides.
FRAMELESS – Features metal tandem drawer boxes with 5/8” plywood bottoms and backs. Full extension soft close glides are included, while BLUM glades are also available.
Q: How is the interior of the cabinet finished?
-A: FRAMED - Our cabinet boxes comes standard with UV coated natural finished interiors. The Coffee Square and Espresso Shaker line feature matching interiors.
FRAMELESS – Lightly textured white Melamine finish over plywood, to prevent scuffing.
Q: Do I need a finished panel for the exposed cabinet ends?
-A: Yes, because our goal now and in the future, is to offer more options, our cabinets do require a finished panel on exposed ends. The only exception is our Coffee Square and Espresso Shaker which feature matching finish inside and out.
Q: Are your products CARB2 certified?
-A: Yes, our products are 100% in compliance with CARB Phase 1 & CARB Phase 2 defined guidelines of composite wood products.
Q: What are your cabinet depths?
-A: Base cabinets are 24" deep. Vanity cabinets are 21” deep. Wall cabinets are 12" deep with a few options available in 24” deep
Q: What kind of shelves will I get?
-A: 2-3 matching finished plywood adjustable shelves on wall cabinets and the base cabinets have a single shelf.
Q: Are these cabinets strong enough to support a granite or solid surface top?
-A: Our "all-plywood" construction insures the strength required to support granite, concrete or any other countertop material that you may select. No additional cabinet reinforcement is required.
Q: Do your cabinets have "soft close" doors?
-A: All our cabinet styles feature soft close doors along with soft close drawers with full extension.
Q: What is warranty for your products?
-A: We have 5 years limited Warranty for Frameless and 1 year for Framed cabinets.

Q: Do you offer credit terms?
-A: We currently do not offer any sort of credit terms to our customers. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
-A: We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and Discover), Check, and coming soon PayPal.
Q: Are the cabinets in stock?
-A: Yes. We stock our cabinets and If an item is out of stock, it will be notated in the sales order. Most stock is replenished within 2-3 weeks.
